Salmon for brunch

#singaporefood This has to be one of the best breakfasts of my life.

WILD HONEY AT MADARIN GALLERY :
Smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce, grilled asparagus, avocado on brioche.
Pear that with Mimosa. 😋
Also this the restaurant situated in an art Gallery is Beautiful. I rarely eat at more expensive places in Singapore, because, come on! The local street food is the Bomb. But I made an exception for this place, and oomph was it worth it. It's on the steep side 27 SD for this, but on this particular day, it was worth the solo brunch in all its ambience and taste.
