But im happy I'm here.Starting off small.
After a big eat birthday weekend I had a light salad with super easy ingredients adding up to 385 calories.
So...
Chicken breast marinated in yogurt and ginger, then boiled.
Cut up some cabbage, Arugula, take some canned corn, add the chicken while its just off the stove.
Top with chia seeds and a few drops of caesar dressing.
