The Otherside Cafe

Located by my school, on Newbury Street, this is a trendy cafe with good food and drink to offer. http://www.theothersidecafe.com/ (I sound like an add don't I? I guess I've become way more concious of my blog writing since I've been getting a fair show of audience lately. Of course I love, but I'm no longer talking to myself!)

Went there with Berklee Alum, the lovely Ruthie, who has been so kind and generous to help me out with move to Boston.

We shared Nacho's with quacamole :

and Desert of Dark Chocolate with Fruits (this one wasn't that good):

It's the general cafe prices in downtown boston, but I was luckily treated that day :D

Iftaar in Boston by Chef Kuheli

My first Bangali Meal in Boston was an Iftaar Dawat. Chef Kuheli prepared these amazing dishes, catering to our hungry stomachs longing for Bangladeshi Iftaar.

The highlight of the meal was the Haleem and the PERFECT Tehari:

First meal in Boston- Finale, Harvard Square

The first place I went to the day my new life started in Boston was "Finale" in Harvard Square. I had heard good things about it from Nusha and was excited.

I also Just met my new friends in Boston, and immediately i was bugging them with my photo-taking during meals:

Sabrina's sweet potato lasagne. It was different to taste...

3 of us had the Finale Ribs as recommended. It was good, soft, but a bit too sweet for my taste:
